Returns and Exchanges

1Pack all items in original (factory) packaging. Purchased items must be returned in sets.
2Complete the return request form attached to the order.
3Attach a copy of the sales receipt, indicate the method of refund (mail order or bank transfer).

Right to return or exchange items

The customer has the right to return any purchased goods without specifying the reason within 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the moment of receipt of these goods from the seller or the seller's representatives. Items can be returned if they retain their consumer properties, factory labels and ready-to-sell condition.

To return items, customers must provide proof of purchase and complete a return request form. 

Rules for returning and exchanging items with discovered defects:

The customer has the right to inform the seller about the discovered defects and request their correction within 30 (thirty) calendar days from the moment of receiving the goods from the seller or the seller's representatives. The only exception is defects caused by improper handling of items by the user.

The customer has the right to refuse to receive the items and request a refund. In this case, the goods must be returned to the seller and retain their consumer properties, factory labels and ready-to-sell condition.

To return items, you must provide a copy of your proof of purchase and complete a return request form.

Our return and refund policy is described above. By law, stores are legally required to post their refund policies. If the store does not post any return policy, the law requires the store to accept returns within 14 days of purchase.
